Qualitative research is all about listening to consumers’ views and using a range of approaches to help them tell their stories.

Depending on the target, subject and research need we might recommend accompanied shops or visits involving consumer tasks, ethnographic style show and tell, groups using projective techniques, depths or paired depths, …etc. and diaries or blogs can add context and depth to the information gathered.

We believe very much in involving clients throughout. The fact that the same senior Engage team designs, executes, analyses and reports on the entire process means that things evolve seamlessly so that we can take our clients further along the qualitative research journey.
